In  setting  the attorney's fees , A.A. Iordan, Dumitrica & Associates- Law Firm promotes the principle of direct negotiation, a principle which is based on the following guidelines:

• the level of professional training and specialization of lawyers  involved in the case resolution;
• collaboration with experts or other professionals required by the nature, object, complexity and difficulty of the case;
• the time and the amount of work required for the execution of the mandate or activity requested by the client;
• the client's financial situation.
